My computer breaks down sometimes. I need it for daily use, so it's a bother when my computer doesn't work. Generally, the problem is software-related or hardware-related. For software, I can get my computer fixed by remote access these days. For hardware problems, I have to bring the computer to the service center in person.

They reset the system settings and updated the OS. Another time, I banged up my laptop somewhere. The display was damaged, and the affected area kept getting bigger. It was rendered unusable, so I had to replace the screen. The repair cost a mint. For older laptops, it makes more sense to just get a new one.
